PPSEZ was established in 2005. It is an investment project which divided into three Phases. The construction completed in 2007, it took 2 years of planning and 1 year to construct the infrastructures such as Power plant, Water supply plant, Waste water treatment plant, Telecommunication and Internet system. PPSEZ is targeted to increase more jobs for Cambodian by attracting more manufacturers into the country with benefits and incentives which Cambodia's Government intend to offer.
