The new bank opening in Ho Chi Ming City on 26th Dec 2009 pushing further tie between Cambodia and Vietnam. As in the conference, PM of Vietnam promised to increase investment into Cambodia to USD1,200 million starting this year onward, it is a step closer for the two countries building a solid relationship.
